🔹 MyCaho Account Deletion Policy

At MyCaho, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion in two ways:

  1. In-App Deletion

    • Open the MyCaho app

    • Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account

    • Confirm your request

  2. Email Request

    • Send an email to support@mycaho.com from your registered email address with the subject line:
      “Delete MyCaho Account”

    • Our support team will process your request within 7 business days

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

  • Data that will be deleted:

    • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)

    • Your active and past listings (cars, houses)

    • Your bookings and reviews

  • Data that may be retained:

    • Certain transaction records (payment history, invoices, receipts) may be kept for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., Stripe/financial compliance).

    • Minimal technical logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security monitoring.

Important Notes

  • Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

  • Any future use of MyCaho will require creating a new account.

  • If you have ongoing bookings or pending payouts, these must be completed before deletion.
